Job summary

You will lead CMMS (IBM Maximo) deployment, develop spare parts strategy, monitor KPIs like MTBF/MTTR, manage budgets, and work with vendors while ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–7 years in industrial maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability engineering.
• Proven experience implementing CMMS/ EAM systems (IBM Maximo).
• Deep expertise in asset hierarchies, PM programs, and PdM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Implement Maintenance System and strategies using IBM Maximo and a digitized asset inventory.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations, CMMS logging, and external vendors.
• Track KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, PM Compliance) and drive continuous improvement and safety.
