Job summary

The PAC Group is seeking a Senior Maintenance Planner to design and deliver a data-driven maintenance program for a manufacturing facility. You will implement a Maximo CMMS, build a detailed asset inventory, and create preventive maintenance schedules aligned with OEM guidance and production needs.

You will diagnose failures, oversee work orders, and coordinate external vendors to ensure safety, reliability, and cost efficiency. Travel to Warsaw is funded as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience: 5–7 years in industrial maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability engineering.
• Proven lead on CMMS/EAM implementations (IBM Maximo).
• Expertise in asset hierarchies, IDs, and criticality for heavy manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a maintenance system for daily operations and improvements.
• Lead CMMS adoption (Maximo), create asset inventory, and PM schedules.
• Analyze data to maximize uptime, oversee external vendors, and manage budgets.
