Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing technical field.
• Proven leadership in a collaborative environment.

• Proven track record reducing losses and improving performance.
• Technical knowledge of unit operations and machinery.
• Strong communication across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data analysis systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and lubrication principles.
• Craft worker experience or strong craft knowledge.
• Know the skill levels of different crafts.
• Practical knowledge of Maximo and Maintenance Planning & Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of asset care strategies to deliver plant objectives and budget.
• Communicate across platform teams about performance, cost and asset health.
• Own CMMS data accuracy and Maximo standards for the team.
• Develop high-quality PMs and job plans with detailed labor, materials and tools.
• Create and manage a work schedule balancing equipment needs and labor availability.
• Coordinate with production planner to optimize equipment and labor availability.
• Mentor and build capability in maintenance processes and standards.
