Job summary

The PAC Group is seeking a Senior Maintenance Planner to lead the deployment of a comprehensive maintenance system for our manufacturing facility in Warsaw, IN. You will build an asset inventory, develop preventive maintenance schedules, and integrate condition monitoring to drive reliability and uptime.

You will oversee maintenance work orders, interact with external vendors, and manage budgets and spare parts, ensuring safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across plant operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in industrial maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability engineering.
• Experience implementing IBM Maximo CMMS/EAM.
• Strong knowledge of MTBF/MTTR/PM KPIs.
• Lean/Six Sigma tools knowledge.
• Experience managing spare parts and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of Maintenance System and Strategies: Implement a CMMS (Maximo) with a digitized equipment inventory and PM schedules.
• Integrate sensors to monitor equipment conditions for Predictive Maintenance.
• Establish spare parts warehouse strategy with min/max levels to minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance routines, checklists, and troubleshooting guides.
