Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a Maintenance Planning & Reliability Supervisor in the United States to optimize productivity through planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance resources, parts, and equipment access. You will prepare management reports, track costs, and monitor budget variances while upholding Safety, Integrity, Innovation and Teamwork values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CMMS.
• TPM experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
• Effective communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive planning including scoping of work, estimating material and labor, developing task instructions, identifying tool/equipment requirements, and developing job material lists.
• PM and Standard Job Plan Development.
• MRO supply chain coordination including stock management, purchase requisitions, stock reservations, and pick ticket creation.
• Coordinate with operations, purchasing, storeroom, and maintenance personnel.
• Manage rebuild parts program and reporting metrics (PM, breakdown, labor utilization).
• Participate in maintenance budget forecasting and tracking.
• Ensure alignment with customer expectations and quality.
• Oversee work order system to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Contribute to reliability projects (PM/PdM) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Utilize maintenance strategies to eliminate failures.
