Job summary

Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC, located in Cressona, PA, seeks a Maintenance Planner to plan and schedule maintenance activities, manage work orders through CMMS, and coordinate parts, labor, and downtime. This role collaborates across maintenance and production to ensure equipment reliability.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in a maintenance-related field is a plus.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment.
• Experience planning, scheduling, or coordinating maintenance activities and work orders.
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or similar maintenance tracking system.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance principles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work to help keep equipment running safely and reliably.
• Create, manage, and close maintenance work orders using the CMMS.
• Coordinate labor, parts, materials, tools, and equipment downtime needed to complete maintenance activities.
• Partner with maintenance, production, and other teams to prioritize work and minimize disruptions to operations.
• Review maintenance needs and equipment history to help identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure required parts and materials are available before scheduled maintenance work begins.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support the continuous improvement of preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability.
