Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and maintenance planning experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed work plans for maintenance activities including labor, materials, tools, permits, and equipment needs.
• Review maintenance work requests and prioritize based on safety, production impact, and equipment criticality.
• Create job plans and standard procedures for recurring tasks.
• Maintain CMMS records of planned maintenance activities.
• Build and improve PM and PdM programs.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance with production to minimize disruption.
• Monitor schedule compliance and adjust priorities; conduct weekly scheduling meetings.
• Support reliability-centered maintenance and RCFA investigations.
