Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of maintenance planning, scheduling and materials management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for planning and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and manage multiple resources.
• Experience using SAP or other maintenance management systems.
• Demonstrated leadership to guide contractors and supervise work crews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and contractor activities to ensure reliable, safe power plant operations.
• Plan and supervise daily and outage work using staffing, equipment and materials.
• Prepare requisitions, scopes of work, reports and preventive maintenance documentation.
• Assign priorities and develop work schedules with Outage Planners and station groups.
• Inspect completed work for defects and compliance with specs and regulations.
