Responsibilities

• Maintain reliability of the Bulk Electric System in normal and emergency conditions.
• Develop, revise, and maintain Dominion Energy SOPs and practices.
• Prepare switching orders and provide safe zones for personnel and equipment.
• Provide instructions to field personnel and coordinate notifications.
• Respond to alarms and take corrective actions; support planning process.
• Coordinate generation outages with MOC and SOC.
