Job summary

Schneider Electric in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Senior Maintenance Operator to maintain equipment reliability and drive operational excellence on the plant floor. You will troubleshoot and repair machinery, lead maintenance activities, and partner with production teams to streamline processes and reduce downtime.

You will follow in-process inspections, document results, and uphold safety procedures including lockout/tagout and fall protection.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment.
• Proven ability to lead machine and tool maintenance with limited supervision.
• Strong collaboration with production teams to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Familiarity with in-process inspections and recording quality checks.
• Willingness to work overtime and respond to critical issues as needed.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and programs such as lockout/tagout and fall protection.

What will you do?

• Experienced in troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment.
• Acts as a lead for machine, equipment and tool maintenance and repair; works individually with limited supervision.
• Actively seeks opportunities to streamline and improve all production activities across all functional teams in a collaborative manner.
• Follows in-process inspection procedures, checks quality of work visually, and verifies inspections by completing records.
• Able to work occasional overtime or support critical issues when needed.
• Escalates barriers and issues immediately to supervisor and necessary support functions.
• Knowledge and experience in general maintenance procedures.
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and programs per company policies. This could include but is not limited to lockout/tagout, fall protection and any other safety procedures necessary to complete the work assignment safely.
