Job summary

Dart Container is seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics at multiple experience levels to maintain and repair production and facility equipment. Roles involve diagnosing complex systems, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting change-overs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualified candidates will have hands-on experience with tools, blueprints, and electrical/mechanical systems, plus knowledge of SAP PM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repair.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand-tools and power-tools.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• English language proficiency for training and safety communications.

Responsibilities

• Follow KPI metrics for safety, quality, production, efficiency and service requirements.
• Install, diagnose, analyze, maintain, modify, repair and rebuild plant and facility equipment.
• Repair equipment during mechanical breakdowns and assist other staff in repairs.
• Assist production personnel in change-overs and set-ups.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
