Dart Container is seeking a Maintenance Lead to perform advanced maintenance duties on production and facilities equipment. The role emphasizes floor leadership, safety, lean initiatives, and cross-department collaboration to optimize output.

Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with GMP and SAP, and the ability to perform root cause analysis while guiding a team on multiple shifts. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficient with hand-tools and power-tools.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement resolution.
• Strong analytical problem solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsabilités

• Meet KPI targets for safety, quality, production, efficiency and service.
• Lead production and/or facilities maintenance operations on the floor.
• Audit floor and monitor productivity; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate schedules with supervisor and ensure resource availability.
• Communicate with oncoming shifts and other departments to maintain operations.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements.
• Utilize predictive maintenance data and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Maintain documentation and generate required reports.
