Job summary

Shasta Beverages, Inc. in Baltimore, MD seeks a Journeyman-level technician to repair and maintain production and facility equipment, install new machinery, and support preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires reading mechanical/electrical prints, pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, and performing safe, compliant maintenance on high-speed line equipment; candidates should be able to work 12-hour shifts including days, evenings, or weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in related field with proven industry experience.
• Ability to read schematics and use computer tools for analysis.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety training.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain production equipment and perform changeovers.
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical prints and schematics.
• Apply basic electrical skills and troubleshoot line equipment.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
• Ensure safety and compliance with lockout/tagout procedures.
