PCI Pharma Services is recruiting a Maintenance Mechanic for our Rockford, IL facility. The role focuses on installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment to ensure safe operations and high productivity on the packaging lines.

The position emphasizes cross-functional teamwork with Project Management, Planning, Engineering, and Production to launch new products and sustain ongoing production. Overtime/weekend work and PPE usage may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Skills testing requirements met at approved grade level for position.
• Basic Mathematical Skills required for day-to-day tasks.
• Basic Computer Skills: ability to perform basic computer tasks and operate common software.
• Minimum Professional Proficiency: ability to participate effectively in conversations and read standard items.
• High School Diploma and/or 3-5 years related experience and/or training.

Aufgaben

• Supports the packaging lines by making routine and non-routine adjustments that ensure high quality products.
• Collaborates with other departments to keep lines running efficiently.
• Performs preventive maintenance, changeovers, repairs, and running adjustments.
• Analyze information from various sources to identify root causes and viable solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to others and support cross-functional teams.
