Mill Haven Foods LLC in Littlefield, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department and supervise technicians in a dairy processing setting. You will ensure equipment reliability, drive PM programs, and coordinate maintenance tasks with production to minimize downtime.

You will also enforce safety standards, GMP compliance, and food safety initiatives while developing training materials and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Maintenance Department Management or Supervision experience, preferably in a dairy processing environment.
• Minimum seven years of production maintenance experience involving electronics, instrumentation, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical and dairy processes.

Responsabilités

• Ensures compliance with company safety standards and GMP rules.
• Supervises Maintenance Technicians and coordinates work with Maintenance Manager.
• Develops and implements maintenance training modules for sanitary dairy equipment.
• Schedules work orders and reports daily activity to the Maintenance Manager.
• Maintains and repairs production and support equipment including pumps, pasteurizers, evaporators, dryers, valves, HVAC, boilers, meters, and piping.
• Oversees chemicals handling and testing of boiler feed water and process waters.
