Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance functions within the manufacturing environment and drive process/automation improvements.
• Drive projects with the support of Engineering.
• Initiate and manage the plant maintenance program with focus on planning/scheduling and preventive maintenance.
• Analyze processes, recommend improvements, and implement changes to improve efficiency.
• Lead and mentor maintenance, automation, and projects teams to achieve goals.
• Support and mentor utilities/building/engineering mechanics and plant automation staff.
