Job summary

Bozzuto in Orlando, FL seeks a Maintenance Technician to support residents with preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and prepare apartments for move-in, ensuring safety and beauty of the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Available for on-call emergencies at the property.
• Own reliable transportation to work and respond to on-call emergencies.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Showing care and concern for residents through service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Preserve building and community safety through upkeep and grounds maintenance.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for after-hour emergencies.
