• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and Area Managers.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage site budgets.
• Drive safety compliance and enforce maintenance execution across sites.
• Lead vendor relationships and ROI-based decisions for end-of-life equipment.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives.
