Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager in Erlanger, KY to lead maintenance operations for 80+ team members, develop proactive programs, and drive safety and efficiency across the site. You will oversee Maintenance Managers and coordinate with operations, ensuring high uptime and cost-effective decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of managing large complex facilities organizations.
• 7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or equivalent Amazon RME experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-based maintenance operations and a team of Maintenance Managers.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs, budgets and capex.
• Ensure safety protocols and drive continuous improvement across the site.
• Provide technical leadership on equipment end-of-life and ROI decisions.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives.
