Job summary

Linked, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong injection molding background to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You will oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability programs for production equipment and facility systems, driving uptime, safety, and continuous improvement across the plant leadership team.

Qualifications

Injection molding maintenance experience is required.
10+ years of industrial maintenance experience including automation, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and manufacturing equipment.
Previous maintenance management or supervisory experience leading maintenance personnel.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities in a manufacturing environment.
Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs and corrective maintenance procedures.
Knowledge of automated manufacturing equipment, machine controls, and industrial maintenance systems.
Experience analyzing downtime, maintenance KPIs, and OEE to drive operational improvements.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions.
Experience managing maintenance budgets, capital projects, and external service providers.
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, industrial safety practices, and equipment safeguarding.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team and assign daily responsibilities.
Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of injection molding machines and automated equipment.
Develop, implement, and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and plant leadership to resolve equipment issues.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
Monitor performance, identify recurring failures, and implement corrective actions.
Track maintenance KPIs, downtime, reliability, and OEE to drive improvements.
Plan maintenance resources, upgrades, and capital projects.
Develop standard maintenance procedures and documentation.
Manage outside contractors and service providers.
Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and cost-control initiatives.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve performance.
Support Lean manufacturing and root cause analysis initiatives.
Ensure OSHA compliance and equipment safeguarding.
