Job summary

PrideNow is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a packaging industry facility in Dayton, NJ. You will ensure equipment reliability, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, and minimize downtime while driving plant performance.

The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in industrial automation, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and injection molding, with proven leadership and Lean/continuous improvement experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management and 10+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Injection molding background is a must.
• Strong knowledge of automation, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and injection molding.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, plant safety, preventive maintenance and Lean principles.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a manufacturing facility within the packaging industry. This role is responsible for equipment reliability, preventive and corrective maintenance, minimizing downtime, and ensuring optimal plant performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in industrial automation, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and injection molding, along with proven leadership and continuous improvement experience.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management, with 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

• Having an Injection Molding background is a must.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and injection molding, preferably within the packaging industry.
• Solid understanding of OSHA regulations, plant safety standards, preventive maintenance programs, and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Job Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams, coordinating resources, and driving equipment reliability and production efficiency.
• Experience tracking maintenance KPIs, reducing downtime, managing budgets, coordinating contractors, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is preferred. Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) certification and Six Sigma credentials are a plus.
