Job summary

CJ Schwan's in the Houston area seeks a Sr Technical Maintenance Manager to lead the egg roll factory's maintenance team across Pasadena and Deer Park. You will drive reliability, oversee multi-shift operations, and partner with production, FSQ, and safety teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant maintenance leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices and PPE compliance across shifts.
• Lead the maintenance team and disciplines across multiple shifts.
• Drive equipment reliability through RCA, preventive maintenance, and CI.
• Manage maintenance activities, capital projects, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with production, FSQ, CI, and safety teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor performance using MES/SAP data to identify opportunities and costs.
