Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Sidney, OH pizza factory. You will lead all maintenance, tooling, die operations, and thermos forming to maximize uptime and ensure safe, efficient production.

The role requires a hands-on leader who drives preventive maintenance and continuous improvement across presses and supporting equipment. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in maintenance with leadership experience, strong knowledge of metal forming and tooling, and proficiency with CMMS

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive maintenance experience with leadership
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience
• Strong expertise in metal forming, stamping, tooling and die maintenance
• Ability to lead and develop maintenance teams and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with CMMS tools such as SAP

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site technical and reliability leader for tooling, dies, presses, and asset optimization
• Lead maintenance execution including reactive, planned, and condition-based maintenance with continuous improvement and EHS initiatives
• Ensure safety for human and food safety, OSHA/FDA/USDA compliance
• Drive improvements in downtime, OEE, throughput, tooling life and maintenance costs
• Manage budgets, capital projects, vendors, and contractor relationships
