Job summary

Maker’s Pride seeks a Maintenance Manager in Bolingbrook, IL to lead a 21-person maintenance team and oversee all maintenance activities across production lines.

You will develop KPIs, manage the preventive and predictive PM programs, ensure GMP and safety compliance, and partner with corporate and suppliers to meet production goals. This full-time role reports to the Plant Manager and demands strong leadership and communication to drive reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in food or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience implementing or optimizing CMMS.
• Proficiency with SAP and EAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, manage and execute all maintenance activities across production teams.
• Create and deliver KPIs and objectives for the Maintenance department.
• Maintain key equipment parts inventory, PM program, and Work Order system.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures for maintenance programs.
• Evaluate direct reports and drive safety and GMP awareness.
