Job summary

KENT Worldwide is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Bolingbrook, IL to lead the maintenance function at our Bolingbrook facility. The role focuses on driving equipment reliability, asset management, and preventive/predictive maintenance in a GMP environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing maintenance with 3+ years in leadership, plus CMMS experience and strong cross-functional collaboration. Travel within the US may be required. This is a salaried position with full benefits.

Qualifications

10+ years in a manufacturing maintenance role.
3+ years in maintenance leadership.
Experience using CMMS and maintenance KPIs to drive performance.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Willing to travel within the US when required.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance team to operate safely and in GMP-compliant fashion.
Own site maintenance system: planning, PMs, backlog, spare parts, records.
Improve equipment reliability via root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Drive maintenance KPIs and budget adherence.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Safety, IT, Finance, Supply Chain.
Develop maintenance talent and ensure clear roles for leads and technicians.
