Job summary
KENT Worldwide in Bolingbrook, IL seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function and drive equipment reliability in a food manufacturing environment. You will own the site maintenance system, plan and schedule work, manage spare parts, and develop the maintenance team while partnering with Operations, Quality, Safety, Engineering, IT, Finance and Supply Chain.
This is a salaried role with full benefits; compensation ranges from $92,000 to $120,000 and depends on skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
- 10+ years in a manufacturing maintenance role with strong leadership.
- Experience with CMMS/work order systems and KPI-driven maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance team to ensure safe, correct, and efficient work.
- Own the site maintenance system including planning, PMs, backlog, and inventory.
- Drive reliability improvements and root-cause analysis.
- Maintain cross-functional communication with Operations, Quality, Safety, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Develop maintenance talent and manage budget and KPIs.
