Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA certification required.
• Experience in Class A or luxury multifamily maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach maintenance technicians to ensure quality work and timely completion.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations including service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure service requests meet timelines with proper documentation.
• Manage apartment turn process to shorten vacancy downtime and protect revenue.
• Execute preventive maintenance program with regular system inspections.
• Conduct routine inspections of occupied and vacant units to identify needs.
• Monitor workflows, service delivery, and team productivity.
• Support maintenance budget by tracking expenses and inventory.
• Collaborate with management to ensure resident satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure safety standards, OSHA compliance, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and capital components.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors including bids and quality control.
• Support emergency response and on-call coverage.
