Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 7+ years of progressive maintenance/reliability experience in high-throughput distribution or manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role leading maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians to maximize uptime.
• Own reliability of automated material-handling equipment (PLCs, conveyors, robotics, sortation, RFID).
• Oversee PM programs and CMMS-based maintenance plans for compliance and uptime.
• Manage facilities systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, kitchen equipment).
• Track KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, OEE) and drive root-cause analysis to reduce downtime.
• Plan and execute maintenance projects, budgets, spare parts, vendor management, and audits.
