Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a site-based maintenance leader to oversee our four-shift, 24/7 operation. The role focuses on maximizing equipment reliability, providing technical leadership and mentoring to the maintenance team, and executing maintenance projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include driving preventive maintenance, budgeting, capital planning, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with our Environmental and Energy Management System and ISO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive maintenance operations throughout the site: innovate, document, improve work methods, standardize and train staff.
• Review and modify the preventative maintenance program to fit continuous operation needs.
• Troubleshoot systems/equipment to minimize downtime and prevent reoccurrence of problems.
• Provide leadership, mentor and manage site-based maintenance staff.
• Develop maintenance business plans and guide project implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee budget development, execution and capital planning; manage related documents.
