Responsibilities

• Drive site maintenance operations across four shifts in a 24/7 structure.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to maintenance staff.
• Develop and execute maintenance projects and programs.
• Oversee budget development and capital planning; manage contracts and vendor relationships.
• Communicate with senior leadership on maintenance issues and recommendations.
• Recruit, interview and hire maintenance talent; implement cross-training programs.
• Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and ISO requirements.
