Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a site-based maintenance leader for a 24/7 operation across four shifts. You will mentor the team, maximize equipment performance, and drive safety and efficiency improvements.

The role includes budgeting and capital planning responsibilities, contract oversight, and vendor relationship management, with reporting to senior leadership on maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site-based maintenance teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and capital planning.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for a multi-shift team.

Responsibilities

• Drive maintenance operations site-wide, improve methods, document processes, and ensure safe work practices.
• Review and update the preventive maintenance program for continuous operation.
• Troubleshoot systems/equipment to minimize downtime and recurring issues.
• Provide leadership, mentor, and manage site-based maintenance staff.
• Develop maintenance plans and coordinate cross-functional project implementation.
• Oversee budget development, capital planning, and contract documents.
