Job SummaryThis position will lead the site-based maintenance team across four shifts operating in a 24/7 structure. Primary responsibilities include maximizing equipment and systems operation, providing technical leadership and mentoring to the maintenance team as well as executing equipment maintenance and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. This position will also provide input for budget development and capital planning including ensuring agreed upon financial commitments are met.Salary Range: $119,149-$166,645Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 14% of the base salary.Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.Our benefits programs are comprehensive and thoughtfully crafted to ensure our colleagues live healthy lives and have support when it matters most. Benefits offered include a 401(k) plan with company contributions, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, employee assistance program, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage.ResponsibilitiesPRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES PERFORMED BY THE INCUMBENTDrive maintenance operations throughout the site: innovate, document, improve work methods, standardize, provide a safe work environment and require safe work practices, train, measure and analyze key performance indicators to improve processes and ensure equipment and systems are in optimal operating condition.Review and modify the existing preventative maintenance program to fit the ever-increasing need for continuous operation of systems/equipment.Assure proper troubleshooting of systems/equipment to minimize down-time and eliminate re-occurring of problems.Provide leadership, mentor and manage site-based maintenance staff.Develop maintenance business plans and provide guidance/direction for successful plan implementation including working closely with cross-functional teams to implement projects.Provide oversight for budget development and execution, and capital planning.Manage budget and contract documents including RFPs, purchase orders and invoicing.Help manage vendor support and equipment relationships.Communicate with senior leadership on maintenance and equipment issues as well as provide analysis and recommendations.Recruit, interview and hire bar raising maintenance talent as needed.
