Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a site-wide Maintenance Leader to manage a four-shift operation in a 24/7 facility. You will provide technical leadership, mentor the maintenance team, and execute equipment maintenance and projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to budget development and capital planning while ensuring financial commitments are met. Salary range is $119,149-$166,645 with a target bonus of 14% of base pay.

Qualifications

• Leadership of a site-based maintenance team across a 24/7 operation.
• Mentoring and technical leadership for maintenance staff.
• Budget development and capital planning involvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive maintenance operations site-wide to maximize equipment and systems uptime.
• Review and modify preventative maintenance programs for continuous operation.
• Troubleshoot systems/equipment to minimize downtime and recurring issues.
• Provide oversight and mentorship for maintenance staff.
• Develop and guide maintenance business plans and cross-functional project implementations.
• Oversee budget development, execution, and capital planning.
