Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Maintenance Manager

Metro Detroit, MI | Onsite

Salary $125k - 135k

We’re seeking a Maintenance Manager with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments, particularly with welding, stamping, and robotic systems. This role leads a team of over 5 direct reports including controls engineers and is responsible for maintaining production and facility equipment.

Must Haves / Mandatory:

• Proven leadership in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• Hands-on experience with robotic/automated systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong background in welding and stamping operations.
• Experience managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ability to thrive in a values-driven, collaborative culture.

Nice to Have / Preferred:

• Exposure to ISO14001 and TS16949 standards.
• Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or similar CI frameworks.
• Familiarity with Maintenance Connection and MRP systems.
• Mechanical or electrical trade certification.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of direct reports including controls engineers and maintenance techs.
• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure uptime of production equipment.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams on scheduling and CI projects.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and report on performance metrics.
