Key Responsibilities-
New client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition services.
- Plan and execute multi-channel outreach strategies including cold calling, email campaigns, industry events, and strategic networking.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals that align with the companys strategic goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and business reach.
- Maintain and track a robust sales pipeline using CRM systems.
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage the full client lifecyclefrom onboarding and satisfaction to retention and account growth.
- Proactively ensure high levels of client engagement, addressing escalations and service concerns with urgency.
- Conduct regular face-to-face and virtual meetings with key accounts to build trust, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor account health, contract renewals, and upsell/cross-sell potential in collaboration with internal teams.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Executives and CRM Associates.
- Define and track KPIs, sales targets, and team performance goals.
- Conduct training sessions focused on client engagement strategies, consultative selling, and service excellence.
- Review team activity reports, pipelines, and CRM usage to ensure operational accountability and efficiency.
P&L Ownership
- Own the P&L for your division track revenue, manage costs, and drive profitability in alignment with business goals.
- Provide regular financial and performance updates to senior leadership, identifying risks and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA is a strong advantage.
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development and CRM roles, with at least 4+ years in a leadership position.
- Prior experience in the recruitment/staffing industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record in closing strategic partnerships and growing enterprise-level accounts.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings, industry events, and site visits.
