Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager in Erlanger, KY to lead site-based maintenance operations and develop the next generation of leaders. You will oversee Maintenance Managers, drive preventive programs, manage budgets, and coordinate with operations while maintaining a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Expect responsibility for safety, vendor relations, and capital plans, with up to 15% travel to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing large facilities organizations.
• 7+ years senior management and leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field or 2+ years of Amazon RME FT experience.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• 6+ years managing department budgets and labor costs with RCA/CI experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers to develop talent and ensure performance excellence.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and manage site budgets and capital plans.
• Ensure safety protocols across all operations and drive safe work practices.
• Oversee vendor relationships, manage external contractors, and ROI-based end-of-life decisions.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives across sites.
