Job summary

Justrite Safety Group in Wellsburg, WV seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability across metal and plastics manufacturing. You’ll drive PM programs, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and capital projects to maximize asset performance and uptime.

You will mentor maintenance staff, partner with OEMs, and implement Industry 4.0 enhancements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across operations.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing maintenance leadership withReliability focus.
Strong knowledge of PM programs, CMMS, and asset management.
Proven ability to plan, schedule, and control maintenance budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance operations for production equipment and facility assets.
Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to maximize reliability.
Implement predictive maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis and thermal imaging.
Reduce downtime by analyzing failures and applying corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
