Job summary

Justrite Safety Group in Wellsburg, WV is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, electrical, and reliability across our metal and plastics manufacturing facility. You will drive PM programs, planning and scheduling, budgeting, and capital projects to maximize asset performance and uptime.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, a degree in engineering, and deep experience with CMMS, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
• Proven leadership overseeing maintenance and electrical functions in metal/plastics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance and asset management.
• Experience developing maintenance planning, CMMS programs, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance operations for production equipment and facility assets.
• Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program to maximize reliability.
• Implement predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, thermal imaging, oil analysis).
• Reduce downtime by analyzing failures and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and manage maintenance scheduling and budgets.
• Lead capital projects and automation initiatives.
