Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager for its Wellsburg, WV facility. You will lead maintenance operations for production equipment and facility assets, drive a comprehensive PM program, and guide reliability initiatives across metal and plastics manufacturing.

You’ll manage budgeting, planning, and capital projects while focusing on safety, uptime, and cost control. A strong background in CMMS, predictive maintenance, and lean improvements is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing, reliability or leadership experience.
• Proven leadership overseeing maintenance and electrical functions in metal/plastics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability programs, PM optimization, and asset management.
• Experience developing and implementing maintenance planning, scheduling systems and CMMS programs.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance operations for production equipment and facility assets.
• Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program to maximize reliability.
• Implement predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, thermal imaging, oil analysis).
• Reduce downtime by analyzing failures and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead capital projects, equipment upgrades, and automation initiatives.
