CBRE is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to lead daily material handling operations and maintenance across multi-site facilities in Georgia. The role emphasizes safety, coaching, and effective labor planning within a manufacturing-influenced setting.

You will oversee scheduling, quality assessment, and the advancement of preventive/predictive maintenance programs while coordinating with other CBRE teams to meet departmental goals and ensure safe operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) required.
• 4+ years leading and coaching employee performance in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years' experience with preventive/predictive maintenance of equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and/or schematics.
• Understanding predictive maintenance technologies such as thermography, vibration analysis, and air borne ultrasound.
• Willingness and ability to travel off-site.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily functions of material handling operations and maintenance for multi-site facilities.
• Plan, schedule, and advise the work of employees and evaluate quality of work.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance of high-speed conveyance systems and other equipment.
• Support managers with recruiting, training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Develop and communicate work standards and procedures; support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide performance management for team development and growth; monitor staffing and overtime.
