Job summary

PrecisionX Group seeks a Maintenance Leader to oversee maintenance in a high-precision manufacturing environment serving medical and aerospace industries. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage preventive and predictive programs, and lead equipment reliability improvements.

This role requires hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control-system issues while maintaining rigorous documentation and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Technical maintenance background with electrical/mechanical systems.
