G.S. Precision is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team on the production floor, ensuring safe, reliable operation of complex equipment. The role focuses on supervision, troubleshooting, and coordinating preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate with Production and Engineering, and uphold safety and quality standards in a precision manufacturing setting. Previous aerospace/defense exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience leading or supervising maintenance personnel.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Maintenance Technicians to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Prioritize daily maintenance work based on production needs and safety concerns.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Provide coaching and technical development for staff.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering to improve equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and document repairs.
