Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years of supervisory/manufacturing/military or relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated hourly team and translate strategic goals into daily execution.
• Champion workplace safety and enforce regulations.
• Drive operational excellence and meet production targets with ownership of team performance.
