Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance excellence and continuous improvement programs.
• Develop and deploy maintenance and store improvement programs.
• Manage maintenance staff including hiring, training, development.
• Ensure preventative and predictive maintenance and proper records.
• Oversee safety, regulatory compliance, and EH&S guidelines.
• Support capital projects and plant micro goals.
