Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3–5 years of manufacturing experience or
• Bachelor’s/Associate degree with 1–3 years of manufacturing and 2–4 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Supervisors to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve performance.
• Drive safety, quality, and lean initiatives across production lines.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and resource needs.
• Act as Plant Manager when needed and support continuous improvement.
