Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or agricultural engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Strong communication, math, organizational and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel to other facilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deploy maintenance and store improvement programs and projects that improve plant and equipment performance.
• Promote safety and demand it from the maintenance organization.
• Manage the maintenance staff to include hiring, training and developing the staff to meet the needs of the department.
• Ensure preventative and predictive maintenance is completed and records are maintained on all assets.
• Ensure maintenance projects comply with all local, state and federal safety and environmental requirements and regulations.
• Develop and oversee the continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes and executing long-term plans.
• Manage the maintenance management system.
• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors.
