Job summary

Morgan Group is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of maintenance staff, enforce safety policies, and ensure timely handling of work orders across our properties. You will monitor systems, coordinate with contractors, and uphold high service standards.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, EPA and CPO certifications, and a commitment to safety and quality in a multimillion-dollar portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School or better.
• Proven experience in maintenance in the property management industry or similar.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA Certification and Certified Pool Operator are required.
• High-rise experience is highly recommended, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MORGAN’s Maintenance, Emergency Procedures, Leasing and Marketing, Management and Operations, manuals and Team Member Handbook.
• Supervise a team of qualified Team Members and ensure safety and customer service.
• Monitor building systems and report unsafe areas to Community Manager.
• Inspect the community and report hazards to the Community Manager.
• Maintain a safe workplace and train Team Members on safety procedures.
• Supervise contractors and inspect work for quality and safety.
• Maintain all common areas and preventive maintenance programs.
