Häns Kissle Co. in Massachusetts seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to supervise a shift of maintenance staff in our 112,000-square-foot production facility. This role ensures equipment uptime, safety compliance, and timely maintenance tasks to support daily production goals.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of industrial maintenance technician experience; electrical worker preferred.
• Advanced degree in Engineering is preferred.
• MA Boiler’s License required within first year of employment.
• Proficient with CMMS and MS Office; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads team of Maintenance Technicians during shift to address equipment issues.
• Ensures safety rules, good housekeeping, and compliance.
• Coordinates open preventative and corrective work orders.
• Keeps equipment running by following procedures and repairing efficiently.
• Provides training and mentoring to technicians.
• Supports maintenance manager in staff development.
• Collaborates with Production to hit daily goals and identify improvements.
• Generates and sends end-of-shift maintenance report.
