Job summary

Jobot, based in Brockton, MA, seeks a 2nd Shift Maintenance Lead to supervise and enhance maintenance across high-speed packaging lines. You will troubleshoot electrical systems, guide technicians, and drive preventive maintenance in a fast-paced 24/7 food production setting.

This on-site, permanent role offers a strong hourly wage with overtime, 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision coverage, and substantial paid time off. Growth into senior maintenance leadership is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Experience in food manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with high-speed packaging and conveyors.
• Read electrical schematics and work with PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations with the Maintenance Manager.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed packaging and processing equipment.
• Electrical troubleshooting on 110/230/460V systems; motors, relays, panels, wiring.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and issue work orders.
• Assist with PLC programming adjustments and conveyors/packagers upkeep.
• Coordinate third-party contractors and ensure safety programs compliance.
• Train staff on equipment safety and welding practices.
