Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance planning and scheduling in an FDA regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of CMMS systems (IBM Maximo, BMRAM, SAP PM or similar).
• Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all maintenance, calibration, and repair work for the assigned area.
• Strong proficiency in using and training in a CMMS.
• Develop and update maintenance and calibration job plans and data sheets.
• Maintain backlog to prevent delinquent PMs.
• Ensure maintenance work is documented and completed per job plan.
• Coordinate with customers and maintenance activities to minimize scheduling conflicts.
• Understand engineering drawings and equipment/instrumentation in the building.
• Verify availability of parts and materials; order as needed.
